Why do you now charge for quotes?
It isn't something we ever wanted to do but as a local company providing quality work, word gets around!
We now attend over 10 quotes each day, even on weekends.
Unfortunately, we receive a lot of quote requests from customers who may not actually know the cost of quality landscaping, gardening and property maintenance.
Some customers are just looking for quotes and never intend to get the work carried out.
Some will always opt for the cheapest quote, regardless of quality.
Lastly, we get customers who simply ignore us.
A lot of our time gets wasted and we want to focus more time on our genuine customers.
Now that we are charging for our site visits & quotes we hope that more of our genuine customers will receive an even better customer experience with The Bearded Gardener.
The price for the site visit & quote will be deducted from any agreed work.
We are currently introducing a quick quote system that will be able to help our customers get a quick estimation for potential work they may have. We hope that this will give customers a better understanding and a ballpark figure they can work with - Which may lead to a site visit from us!
What areas do we cover?
Our Team have carried out work in most areas throughout the Midlands.
We are based in Bedworth, so most of our work is focused in the Nuneaton & Bedworth areas.
Although, depending on the type of work you would like to carry out, we are able to cater for most of your landscaping, and maintenance needs.
